Tim's Search for a Girlfriend: Day 5
I'm not sure what time I woke up, but I do remember that I actually got out of bed at about 3. I wandered about my house for no reason until about 4:45 when I got in the shower to get ready for work at 5:30. There were supposed to be 4 of us in concession tonight, but Nif called in sick for some reason. It was okay though, because the two people I was stuck with were Dewayne and Meagan, both of which are even more experienced at Showplace then me. Stephanie was working box, which was fun cause I can finally talk to her again as if we were good friends instead of being scared to talk to her because she dumped me. I like being able to talk to her again, she is a fun person. Bill is in possible knowledge of a person that might need a boyfriend, but that doesn't mean I will like her or anything. The one thing I am cautious of having Bill help me find someone is that she doesn't know me as well as some people so she might not know exactly what I am wanting. Oh well, I appreciate the help she is giving me anyway, and I'm glad I have her helping me. The one instance today of someone almost seeming interested in me was when a girl was trying to get me to buy her some peanut M&M's. She was being friendly and smiling at me alot, although I don't know if she even wanted the M&M's, since she wasn't disappointed when I said I didn't want to buy her anything. She was 14 anyway, which would be a little ....illegal... in like a month, and I prefer to at least look for a girl that is within several years of my age. Since 5 is a nice round number, I will do a statistical review of the search.
Girls Seen: Probably about a thousand
Girls Interested in the fact that I am on the prowl [insert growl] 0
Okay, the results are sorta one-sided so far. Maybe the next 5 days will be more eventful. I just need to get the momentum going here, it's like in a race: The first lap is usually the slowest (or something like that, I think).

P.S. I know that I am highly inconsistant with my use of numbers(1, 2, 3...) and the spelled out names of numbers(one, two, three...). I know the actual MLA rules for using them, I am just too lazy to care to spell out all one and 2-digit numbers (that one was intentional).
