0 comments :: Thursday, March 06, 2003 :: I return home from work, which I have been at since 4:00, and it is now 11:35. While there, an old woman comes up to me. Of course, you can see the direction this is going, old people coming up to me is usually a warning to an unusual occurance. Anyway, she says to me, "Did you go to school today?" She then proceeds to ask me a series of questions to determine if I skipped school to come to work for some reason. Mind you, I have never met this woman before in my life, and also it is 4:30 in the afternoon, a good 2 hours after schools have let out. After convincing her that I did not skip school, she then continues to explain that she is a teacher. Her friend(who is even older) points out that she has a mug that says "Bosse" on it, as if only a teacher who works there is capable of having one. I really do not understand what it is about me and old people. Anyway, to begin the first coherent thought in this entire post, I am home from work and remember that I am supposed to burn Mr. G a copy of these videos that he wanted me to download(clean stuff, I promise). I open up the cd creation wizard and it begins to open up a screen to indicate that it is trying to almost think about doing something, but of course it does nothing at all. I, being aware of this fact, close the program and find myself unable to open any program. I try ctrl+alt+del to make sure the program is closed, but instead I am greeted by my good friend the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH!!! I have seen this screen more times than any human should need to, and now it has returned to haunt me again. This story is really going nowhere, so I'm going to bed, thats about how the story ends anyway.
