Old People

Old people have many strange habits that I would like to inform you about. For example, all old women like to pay in exact change. They will take the extra 30 minutes to search every orifice on her body to find the final coin to make it exact change, rather then allow me to reach a mere 2 inches from where my hand would go anyway to grab her change. Sometimes there is a dillema. Sometimes, the old bag doesn't have exact change. They have a certain way of doing these things. Suppose her total is $6.25 (which could come from a medium popcorn and medium drink, medium popcorn and nachos, twizzlers sweet tarts and a medium popcorn, along with many other options). Knowing full well the total is $6.25 and she has no change, she will remove six $1 bills from her beige fake-leather purse, very slowly with her Parkinson's and brittle bones. After I have stowed the six dollars in the register, she will then re-open her purse, put on her glasses, find another $1 bill and stick it on the counter. Why she doesn't hand me the bill with the rest of them is beyond me. She never checked to see if she had any change, she knows she has none. I would not find this so unusual if it happened once, but it happens EVERY FUCKING TIME. Any opinons?
