Peter is under 21, while my sister and her fiancee are over 21, thus making them allowed to drink alcohol and Peter not. Jenn had a sip left in her drink and left it for Peter to drink when she went to the bathroom. Peter took a sip of it and cops swarmed the building. Bryan, being the only person at the table over 21, was found legally responsible for all alcohol at the table and therefore was responsible for Peter drinking it.
